The manufacturer (HMB Home & Living Ltd) provides a 1-year guarantee. When registering the purchase in the COZYOR brand online shop, the buyer receives an additional 1 year, i.e. a total of 2 years, guarantee on the goods purchased with the guarantee promise.

The warranty period begins on the invoice date. The manufacturer's warranty
covers the Federal Republic of Germany. If seam or zipper defects occur during this period, please contact the guarantor:

The guarantee covers damage to zippers or seams. Should seam defects occur due to manufacturing-related seam defects or zipper defects, these are included in the voluntary guarantee. Other defects are not covered by this guarantee.
Reimbursements in other cases are generally to be regarded as a goodwill gesture and there is no legal entitlement.

Only damage to the product that is due to material defects is covered by the guarantee. If a defect is due to improper handling of the goods, in particular incorrect cleaning or use, the guarantee is excluded. Guarantee claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods caused by the customer's own fault.
Claiming the guarantee requires that the goods in question are sent to the guarantor for inspection at the guarantor's request. Care must be taken to avoid damage during transport by using appropriate packaging.

To apply for the guarantee, you must provide the guarantor with proof of purchase upon request (e.g. by enclosing a copy of the original invoice for the goods sent in). Please understand that the manufacturer can refuse to provide the guarantee without proof of purchase, as the proof is used to calculate the guarantee period.

In any case, the guarantee will be processed freight-free. Any shipping costs you incur will be reimbursed by the guarantor.
